[Shipping] Applies to physical goods ordered on this website. Event tickets, courses and sessions follow their own cancellation rules and have no cooling-off period. Standard delivery within Taiwan's main island is free when the goods subtotal after discounts reaches NT$2,000 (shipping fees don't count toward it); otherwise the rate shown at checkout applies. Outlying islands, overseas or special delivery are quoted separately in advance. [Returns] You may request a return of regular physical goods within 14 days starting the day after delivery; this is a cooling-off period, not a trial period. Request it from your order page or by contacting us, and send back the item with its accessories, packaging and any conditional free gift. Opening the package to inspect it does not affect your rights; use, consumption or damage beyond a necessary inspection will be handled case by case under the law rather than refused outright. We suggest filming the unboxing and keeping photos of the box, item and shipping label to help confirm damage, missing parts or wrong items. Without a video you can still provide other information — it is never the only reason to refuse a return. Please contact us promptly about defects, damage in transit or wrong items; your legal rights are not limited to the 14 days. [Refunds] Within the 14 days we arrange the pickup and cover normal return shipping, with no restocking or admin fee. Refunds go back to your original payment method; we aim to issue the refund within 7 working days after receiving the goods and always within the legal deadline (the bank's posting time may vary). A full return also refunds the shipping fee you paid. Partial returns are recalculated from the original order prices, not today's prices; during the trial period we don't claw back free shipping if a partial return drops the order below the threshold. [Coupons] For a paid order, a return refunds only what you actually paid — discounts are not turned into cash and used coupons are not reissued. If a payment fails or an unpaid order is cancelled, the coupon is released within its original validity. If we cancel or take back a whole order because of our stock shortage, a wrong item or a defect, we reissue a coupon of the same value, valid for at least 30 days.
