Privacy notice

Notice under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act from StarFusion Co., Ltd.: 1. Purposes: membership, orders and bookings, shipping, support, and marketing messages you opt into. 2. Data: nickname, contact details, birth date/time/place (to calculate your chart), purchase and booking history, partner perk use, LINE user ID. 3. Period and location: for the life of your membership and any legally required period; stored on our servers. 4. Processors: payments, e-invoices and convenience-store shipping by ECPay (we never see card numbers); LINE login and messages by LINE; chart readings and YUMO chats use a third-party AI service. 5. Your rights: access, copy, correct, stop processing, delete — email hello@starfusion.life. 6. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out anytime in Profile. 7. YUMO: your chats with YUMO, with a summary of your chart, are processed by a third-party AI service only to answer you — never for marketing or model training. They are deleted after 180 days and you can clear them anytime. If a message mentions self-harm, it is flagged (without its content) so a StarFusion team member can check in on you.
